Introduction to Yoga

Are you new to yoga? This is your class. Learn the basics of yoga and feel stronger, more relaxed and centered as you enter a class.  This class is for students with no yoga experience and for those wanting to review the fundamentals.

 

This 5-week series will teach you the yoga-basics necessary to attend yoga classes with confidence. Students will receive personal guidance from instructors and find a new yoga-family.

 

Our Introduction-to-Yoga series are closed classes. Sorry, No drop-ins for these classes. $65 for the complete series.
